                Seventh Session: 7th Libya International Education and Training Forum and Exhibition in Tripoli
Yesterday, Benghazi – Al-Hawari Exhibition Centre witnessed the launch of the Libya International Education and Training Forum and Exhibition – LETEXPO 7 Benghazi 2025, amid a large attendance of senior officials, representatives of academic institutions, local and international companies, as well as sponsors and supporters of the event.
The opening ceremony was attended by a select group of decision-makers and stakeholders in the field of education and training, as well as academic institutions and training centres. The event featured a review of the most prominent educational programmes and innovations, and the opening of exhibitors’ pavilions.
The forum is the largest of its kind in North Africa and aims to create an integrated platform for the exchange of experiences, enhance cooperation between institutions, and provide opportunities for partnership and development in the field of education and training.

Sixth Session: Sixth Libya International Education and Training Forum and Exhibition in Tripoli
Tripoli hosts the sixth Libya International Education and Training Forum and Exhibition with broad local and international participation
Tripoli – January 2025 The Sixth Libya International Education and Training Forum and Exhibition (LETEXPO-6) kicked off on 6-9 January 2025 at the Tripoli International Exhibition Centre, organised by Libya International Media Services and supervised by the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, under the slogan “The Annual Forum for Future Makers.”
More than 30 educational and training institutions from Libya and countries such as Tunisia, Jordan, Turkey, Spain, and the United Kingdom participated in the exhibition, including universities, training centres, e-learning institutions, and consulting companies. A number of international and local experts also attended and gave lectures and workshops on issues related to vocational education, technical training, entrepreneurship, and national skills development.
Official opening ceremony The opening ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including:
• Mr Ramadan Aboujnah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health
• Mr Yakhlaf Saifou, Minister of Technical and Vocational Education
• Ms Houria Tarmal, Minister of State for Women’s Affairs
• Ministers, undersecretaries and directors of departments from various sectors
• Ambassadors from sister and friendly countries such as Turkey, Tunisia, Jordan, Spain and the United Kingdom
The objectives and themes of the exhibition The forum sought to:
• Promote integration between education, training and the labour market
• Showcase the latest educational programmes and innovations
• Facilitate the exchange of experiences and plans between participating institutions
• Support sustainable development and reduce unemployment by building a solid knowledge base
Workshops and seminars A series of interactive seminars and lectures were held on the sidelines of the exhibition, addressing:
• Technical and vocational education as a pillar for advancing the national economy
• The importance of combining theory and practice in curricula
• Success stories of Libyan entrepreneurs in the fields of training and development
International cooperation platform that allowed public and private institutions to sign cooperation agreements and exchange offers and experiences, making the exhibition a strategic platform for developing the education and training sector in Libya and North Africa.





Fifth Session: The Fifth Libya International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training in Benghazi
The 5th Libya International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training – LETEXPO5 – kicked off on Monday, July 15, 2024, in Benghazi. The event lasted for three days under the supervision and follow-up of the Benghazi Municipality. Numerous sectors, companies, organizations, and universities from Benghazi and beyond participated. The fifth edition also saw international participation from Tunisia, Jordan, and Turkey, along with contributions from 30 distinguished national institutions and companies specializing in education and training.
The three-day event witnessed wide attendance from interested individuals, visitors, and public companies keen on aspects of training and selecting appropriate companies to implement their training programs. It was also announced that the 6th edition will be held in Tripoli at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds in February 2025, and the 7th edition in Benghazi in November 2025.

Fourth session: Libya International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training, during the period from: February 3, 2024 to February 6, 2024 in the halls of the Sports City, Tripoli.
It participated in large local and international companies and institutions and enjoyed a large presence from public and private bodies to see what the educational administration, training, rehabilitation and human development had achieved.
A number of human development directors and training and development departments in major public agencies also visited the exhibition to select and select the best companies and institutions that could work on their annual training plans.
His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation delivered a speech at the opening ceremony in which he praised the importance of this annual forum and that it is a haven for all entities and institutions to improve the labor market in Libya.
In the speech of the Minister of Economy, Mr. Muhammad Al-Hawaij, he said that this forum is one of the most important exhibitions that will focus on work, improve its levels, and eliminate unemployment, and we appeal to the participants and organizers.
They cut the traditional ribbon to mark the opening of its doors to the public.
It continued for 4 consecutive days from February 3-6, 2024.
The Preparatory Committee announced that the fifth session will be in the city of Benghazi and will be announced later.

Third session : The Third Libyan International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training during the period from March 5-7, 2023, Tripoli Sports City.
The opening of the forum witnessed the display of educational artistic paintings for a number of school students, and companies and centers specialized in the field of training, qualification, development, consulting, and importing office supplies and computers participated in the exhibition.
The opening was attended by the Minister of Education, Dr. Musa Al-Magarif, the undersecretaries of the ministries of technical and vocational education, labor and rehabilitation, sports and youth, representatives of sponsoring companies and a number of those interested in the fields of training and companies looking for a training partner for themselves, their employees and their institutions through this forum.

Second session : The Second Libya International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training during the period from June 18-20, 2022, Tripoli Sports City
After a permanent hiatus for more than 8 years for reasons beyond the company’s control due to the instability of the country, the company resumes its specialized exhibition (the Second Libyan International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training), which was held under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Sports in the Sports City in Tripoli and in the presence of those interested and specialists in the fields of Education and training The revival session was an important event in activating, organizing and improving the educational and training process.

First session : The First Libyan International Forum and Exhibition for Education and Training during the period from February 2-4, 2014 at the University of Tripoli
The University of Tripoli opened on Monday morning the activities of the Libya Education and Training Exhibition 2014, which was organized and supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with the university, the Libya International Services Company, the General Authority for Exhibitions, and a group of companies, universities and institutions related to educational and training services.
Nearly 14 Arab and foreign countries participate in this exhibition. He explained that the idea of holding the International Education and Training Exhibition, which lasts for three days, came to overcome all the difficulties facing students enrolled and delegated by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Veterans Affairs Authority to study in all educational specializations abroad. He stated that the majority of these delegates, who number approximately (23) thousand students, male and female, have obtained open admissions to study in the most prestigious universities abroad, especially in the countries participating in the exhibition. The opening activities of the exhibition were attended by the President of the University of Tripoli, the Ambassador of Malta, Mr. Emmanuel Valia, and Jordan, Mr. Fawaz Al-Aitani, faculty members from various Libyan universities, a number of companies and institutions interested in education and training, a number of university and college students in Tripoli, and a crowd of students’ families.
